For same-day processing, please place your order by 2:00 PM. All times are based on (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles). Orders placed after this time will be processed starting the next business day.

2. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Our fulfillment operations run from Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. “Processing time” refers to the period from order confirmation to the moment the shipment is dispatched from our facility.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We ship our quality ceramic mugs from our facility in the United States to our customers in New Zealand.

  • Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in the United States.
  • Estimated Transit Time: Once dispatched, the estimated shipping time is 7 to 13 business days (Monday through Saturday).
  • Total Delivery Time: Therefore, the total estimated time from order placement to delivery is approximately 8 to 16 business days.

4. Shipping Cost

We offer Free Shipping on all orders to New Zealand. No additional handling or delivery fees apply.

5. Tax Information (Customs & Duties)

For orders shipped to New Zealand, your purchase may be subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) or import duties levied by the New Zealand Customs Service.

  • Responsibility: These potential charges are not collected by kvozx.shop at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the recipient upon the package's arrival in New Zealand.
  • Sales Tax: Applicable Sales Tax for the US-based business entity may be calculated at checkout based on shipping destination and state laws.

6. Shipping Locations

We currently ship exclusively to New Zealand. If your destination is not listed at checkout, please contact us for further assistance.
